World's First Super Mario Odyssey Review Score, Perfect 10 From Edge Magazine

Super Mario Odyssey has the potential to be one of this year's cutest games, and its live-action trailer proves why.

Jump Up, Super Star! The video features a combination of real gameplay from previous trailers and New Donk City-themed dance numbers. Edge Magazine's latest issue carries world's first Super Mario Odyssey Review, and the final review score is a flawless 10. Again, Mario is grinning from ear to ear as he jaunts across the land, running into friend after friend.

The upcoming Super Mario Odyssey has earned heaps of praise before its release with many comparing it to the widely loved The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild for the Switch as well.

Aside from the Broadway stuff, we also see plenty of gameplay and the number of enemies Mario can possess with his hat. In New Donk City everyone is just smiling and having a good time. The trailer takes place in the New Donk City Festival, which probably won't happen in-game but should.

Super Mario Odyssey has no lives system, which is a dramatic break from the norm seeing as it has always been a part of the moustachioed hero's series.
