Tamar Braxton Exits 'Dancing With the Stars' Over Serious Health Complications

While all the respect goes to Tamar from trying her hardest to stay in Dancing with the Stars, I can't help but feel bad for Alexa Penavega who was just eliminated from the competition.

The R&B singer missed her first contemporary performance with partner Val Chmerkovskiy Monday, which meant the judges had to evaluate her dress rehearsal performance instead. The same situation faced Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak, who also pulled out earlier this season because of health concerns. Fortunately, she did not have to bow out of the competition as she appeared for the team dance.

Tamar Braxton has taken herself out of the competition on "Dancing with the Stars" because of illness. It was during her second stay that she discovered that she had developed blood clots in her lungs.

After the final break of the night, they let everyone know that everyone was safe except for poor Alexa PenaVega and Mark Ballas, so Alexa will have to settle for watching her man, Carlos, try to snatch up that mirror ball. After all was said and done, it was time for Tom Bergeron and Erin Andrews to deliver the results.

The busy mother has a number of balls in the air, as she just recently released her sophomore album, serves as a host on a daytime talk show and a plethora of other jobs.

The female celebrity suffered from a series of mini strokes due to an undiagnosed heart condition. According to a report from People, a source revealed that producers are considering bringing back Alexa PenaVega to fill Braxton's vacated spot on the show.

We're sending Tamar well wishes as she rests up and restores her health. I'll be watching again Monday night.
