Nokia is back in the game, thanks to HMD Global for bringing the Nokia branded phones back. HMD Global is making Nokia's iconic phone - Nokia 3310 - available in India today.
The teaser video appears to be an official promotional video of the Nokia's 2017 smartphone lineup, but alongside known products such as the Nokia 5 or Nokia 3, two mysterious unidentified model were also spotted.
The Dual SIM phone boasts of more than 22 hours of talk time and standby time of close to a month. Our reinvention of this classic design is sure to make you smile.
At a price of Rs. 3,310, you can buy a smartphone that supports more features than the Nokia 3310. First and foremost, it does not support WhatsApp; well any app for that matter, as the device runs on Nokia's Series 30+ operating system, which once upon a time ruled the phone industry, but obsolete now.
The new Nokia 3310 sports a 2.4-inch QVGA (240x320 pixels) colour display.
Since then, multiple leaks detailed a pair of unannounced Nokia devices that should be launched later this year to take on the iPhone 8 and Galaxy S8, including the Nokia 9 and Nokia 8. "So whether you're after a feature phone that offers incredible battery life in a head turning design or a companion phone, the Nokia 3310 won't let you down", said Ajey Mehta, VP-India, HMD, Global. Reports suggest that HMD Global would offer them in 64GB, 128GB and 256GB storage options, which you can further expand via a microSD card slot. Other features of Nokia 3310 include a 3.5 mm headphone jack, FM support and an in-built MP3 player. In addition, many tech lovers are waiting for the revival of the legendary Nokia 3310.
The battery of the new device is removable, like its older version.
Nokia released a promotional video recently and it showed four smartphones and we all know that Nokia has launched only three smartphones in the budget segment.
