New Black Panther Trailer Shows Wakanda In Turmoil

Like many Marvel movies, Black Panther involves a murderer's row of talent, but unlike many Marvel movies, the African setting allows this movie to immediately stand apart. And unapologetic about being a Black Panther movie.

Jordan's character Erik Killmonger - an exile who seeks to overthrow T'Challa - is also highlighted in the trailer.

The trailer opens with scenic images of Wakanda as Everett Ross tells T'Challa, "I've seen Gods fly.I've seen men build weapons that I couldn't even imagine".

We also get a good look at Michael B. Jordan, looking to redeem himself from Fantastic Four, as Killmonger. "I waited my entire life for this", we hear him say. Flooding our inboxes and timelines, Black Panther stars Chadwick Boseman as the titular superhero, reprising his role from Captain America: Civil War. Maybe we might see more changes to the original Black Panther suit to make it more separate, such as the classic cape and high-collar. "If the world's gonna start over, I'm gonna burn it all".

The first official trailer promises - nay, ensures - that Black Panther will be unlike any other Marvel superhero film we've seen since the official extended and cohesive Marvel cinematic universe began more than a decade ago.

After releasing a teaser earlier this year, Marvel has finally revealed a new Black Panther trailer that will have fans giddy with excitement.

For one thing, this already looks like a purposefully handsome movie.
