Michelle Wolf Renews Hostilities With Sarah Huckabee Sanders

"It went great and every single person loved it". She was like, "I loved it so much, I got every joke". "Like, maybe she's born with it, maybe it's lies".

Wolf's speech at the annual event was met with disdain from right-wing pundits and several journalists after she was accused of unfairly attacking White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders. He slammed the White House Critics' Association for denouncing Wolf's performance when they were the ones who "hired her" in the first place. "I actually really like Sarah", Wolf said during the night. The now Netflix host would catch up with Meyers to discuss her newest show and of course the performance that everyone talking. He also showed a picture of Wolf with her writers after the speech, looking like they were chanting something.

When Meyers noted that some contested the controversial speech, Wolf said, "You give the best information you have at the time".

Meyers was one of the comedians who came to Wolf's defense following the WHCD.

The Break with Michelle Wolf, a weekly half hour variety/sketch series, launches Sunday, May 27 on Netflix.

Next, Meyers showed Wolf a tweet from C-SPAN which said that in three days, Wolf's sketch became the most-watched Correspondents' Dinner video ever on the channel's site, beating Meyers' own turn in 2011.

Meyers: Really? Cause I was watching, there seemed to be a few she didn't like or get.
