India beat Pakistan at the Blind Cricket World Cup 2018 in UAE

India has defeated Pakistan by seven wickets in an important match of the World Cricket Cup of the Blind at the Oval Ground in Ajman, UAE today (Friday). West Indies were similar under-achievers at the junior level until previous year when they notched their first ever U-19 World Cup win. The website and updated ICC mobile app will run fasted live scores as well as all the information on the individual team pages. Jail was given retired hurt.

In reply, India comfortably chased down the target in 34.5 overs.

Thanks to the victory, India are placed on the top of the points table, followed by Pakistan and Sri Lanka in their group.

This change in venue meant that Pakistan were missing five of their players for the match as they were unable to obtain visas in time. Pakistan came into the match quite confidently with back-to-back wins against Bangladesh and Nepal.

Despite the tournament being officially hosted in Pakistan, India's refusal to travel to the country means that their matches are being hosted in the UAE.

This will be the 12th edition of the tournament and the third on New Zealand soil.
