Huawei is now world's third largest smartphone company after Apple and Samsung. Presently, there is no information about the launch of the phone in other countries but it is expected that soon, the phone will be launched in other countries too.
This March 27, Huawei will present the new Huawei P20, P20 Plus, and P20 Lite, and without a doubt, this last one is one of the most anticipations is awakening. Today, we have fresh leaked images and a video of the cheapest variant of the three, P20 Lite, via GSMArena and Weibo.
The Huawei Y9 (2018) is equipped with a 5.93-inch IPS LCD display offering full HD+ resolution. The HiSilicon Kirin 659 octa-core SoC clocked at 2.36 GHz. The phones offer 32GB of internal storage and can be expanded via a microSD card. The device to come with an expansion option as well.
As for the camera, the Y9 (2018) smartphone sports a setup similar to the Mate 10 Lite where we see a 16 MP primary camera along with a 2 MP secondary camera on the back, for better depth sensing. Finally, a 3.5mm audio jack is barely visible on the bottom side of the phone, and a selfie camera in the front. Further, the smartphone is blessed with dual camera setups on the front and back.
Up front, there's a combination of 16-megapixel+2-megapixel for DSLR-like selfies. But it has slightly tweaked user interface - the Huawei EMUI 8.0. This skin is a customOS by Huawei designed for the company's new smartphones which is compatible to run alongside the Android Operating System on Huawei and Honor smartphones.
The newly launched Huawei Y9 (2018) will be available for purchase for Euro 200, which roughly translates to Rs 16,000 approx. If we talk more about the functions, the device would also come with Face Unlock feature as well.
