Honor 7X registration opens on Amazon India: Here are the offers

Honor is all set to launch Honor 7X in December in India. As we already know that the phone will be available in offline retail, the probable explanation is that the phone will be an online exclusive through Amazon. The date of the launch of the smartphone has not been confirmed yet but the company has opened the registration for the phone on its website and on Amazon India. Registrations for the device have now started, although many launch details haven't been provided yet. Huawei Global President George Zhao told IANS "We will launch Honor 7X in December at such a price that it will have no competitor in that segment". We will update the exact price and availability when the phone is up for sale. However, the terms and conditions page of its prior registration campaign suggests that the new Honor smartphone will go on sale sometime in the last week of December, following the closure of the registration window. Customers can avail unique offers on registering the Honor 7X through Amazon. Winners will be announced on January 8 via Amazon while the prizes will be awarded by February 5. The smartphone is the successor to the Honor 6X and features a 5.93-inch FHD display and 18:9 aspect ratio.

The Honor 7X sports a dual-camera setup with 16-megapixel and 2-megapixel sensors on the rear and an 8-megapixel camera sensor on the front.

The Honor 7X runs on Android Nougat 7.0 with Huawei's own EMUI 5.1 customisation on top of it. The phone is powered by a HiSilicon Kirin 659 processor, mated to 4GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage. The storage can be expanded further using a microSD card up to 256GB. Via Hybrid SIM slot.

In China, the Honor 7X with 32GB was priced at 1,299 yuan which is around Rs 12,900 while the 64GB model was priced at 1,700 yuan, which is almost Rs 17,000. The phone comes in three colour variants - including Gold, Aurora Blue and Black in all three memory variants.
