Gwyneth Paltrow Says She 'F**ked Up' Her Relationship With Brad Pitt

"I've f-ked up so many relationships", the "Iron Man" actress admitted on Sophia Amoruso's "Girlboss" podcast.

The mother of two explained that it had taken her years of hard work and self-reflection to reach a point in her life when she can have a healthy, strong relationship.

The Goop founder famously "consciously uncoupled" from husband Chris Martin in March 2014, later divorcing.

Now Gwynnie is all loved up with Glee co-creater Brad Falchuk - and we're sure Gwynnie is calling on every spec of goop-selling sex dust to ensure she doesn't, as she would put it, "f-k up" this relationship too... "Oh my God, I've f**ked up so many relationships", the 44-year-old said (via Page Six).

Specifically, she mentioned Brad-like he'd be somewhere with his club soda and cran listening to the "Girl Boss" podcast-saying "I f-ked that up, Brad!" I think without relationships of quality, you are not a successful person.

Paltrow also added that from her point of view, without the ability to establish strong romantic ties, one can not really be successful in life. And, if you've ever seen Shakespeare In Love or my personal favourite, The Royal Tenenbaums, you know that the woman can act. "I f**ked that up, Brad".

"I had a few days over the last three months where I was like 'f**k it, '" she said.

Ok, all good, but I think the guy has bigger fish to fry at the moment, no offense. I mean I was 22 when we met and it's taken me until 40 to get my head out of my a**.

Paltrow was not shy about joking that she was a big part of the demise of her relationship with Pitt that ended in 1997.
