Giants Decline Comment On Viral Video Of Odell Beckham Jr

Once again, Odell Beckham Jr.'s name is in the news for all the wrong reasons.

It's unclear when or where the video was recorded, but Beckham was in Spain on Friday as part of a Nike-sponsorship trip in Europe, according to ESPN.

The Giants and the National Football League both said they are aware of a newly viral video that could cause trouble for Odell Beckham Jr. and cost him big money in contract negotiations, but neither organization committed to launching an investigation.

Cuenca said she met Beckham at the Le Queen nightclub.

The Daily News asked Cuenca what Beckham is holding in the video.

There have been no indications that Beckham has ever failed a drug test while in the NFL.

Cuenca did not confirm nor deny when asked if the white substance was cocaine.

In the seven second video, likely first posted on Snapchat, Beckham, 25, can be heard telling the woman 'Trying to get you to sleep with.', before the clip cuts out.

Beckham, 25, is entering the fifth and final year of his rookie deal worth $8.5 million.

With the free agency period nearing its start in a few days, things could pick up on this front as the Giants truly assess whether Beckham a player that they want to build around for the long haul.

NY has already voiced that they are aware of the video that has become a controversial situation in the latest round of issues that the team has had with Pro Bowl wide receiver.

The New York Giants are aware of the video.

The new regime of general manager Dave Gettleman and coach Pat Shurmur has talked about a clean slate for Beckham, though the subtext was no more coddling a superstar.
