Gas prices in Iowa are averaging two-52 a gallon, which is two cents below the national average.
At $2.56, the national gas price average has increased nine cents inside of 13 days.

"Our usual autumn pump price plunge was interrupted by rising oil prices", AAA spokesman Mark Jenkins said in a statement.

Nationally, the average price for a gallon of gas remains slightly higher than Florida.
Typically, gasoline prices are lower in the winter compared to summer. On the other side of the spectrum, Lawrence was one of the two that saw declines and they're paying a nickel less per gallon.
