Foo Fighters join James Corden for Carpool Karaoke

Nonother than the rock legends The Foofighters joined James Corden for his latest edition of Carpool Karaoke.

Ever since their inception as Dave Grohl's solo project, Foo Fighters have made fantastic songs to scream along to in the vehicle.

"It's so hard to beat this traffic", griped Corden at the beginning of the sketch. Past episodes of Carpool Karaoke have been shot to make it look like the participants were taking part in a natural driving experience containing spontaneous bursts of song. And then the unthinkable happened: Corden claimed drumming is easy.

"Keep you f'--' hands on the wheel, man!" replied Grohl in mock surprise.

Grohl asks Corden if he is an actual drummer, to which the host boasts, "I'd kick both you're asses, 'cause rhythm moves within me. I've never picked up drumsticks but I don't consider it to be an issue".

After hearing Corden do his very best Dave Grohl scream and banter about Grohl's recent leg break and the group's humble beginnings, it was time for a stop at the Guitar Center so the host could prove he's got what it takes to be a rocker. The entire band squeezed into Corden's auto for The Late Late Show sing-along segment, which culminated with a three-way drum-off at Guitar Center.

We know what you're thinking, and the answer to your question is yes, of course they played another rendition of Rick Astley's "Never Gonna Give You Up" while at the music shop.
