West Texas Intermediate crude September contract was at $46.61 a barrel by 9:00AM ET (1300GMT), down 19 cents, or around 0.41%, at its lowest level since July 25. Brent crude, the global oil benchmark, fell 53 cents, or 1.04%, to $50.27 a barrel on ICE Futures Europe. Traders reacted to a report from Genscape that showed inventories at Cushing , the futures delivery hub, declined more than a million barrels in the week to August 15.
