Anna Paquin has cleared up the mystery of just what a BBC employee was watching when a sex scene was accidentally broadcast during the News At Ten.
During a live broadcast of the show earlier this week, observant viewers caught a glimpse of Paquin's breasts as presenter Sophie Raworth read the news.
Anna Paquin recently featured on BBC with an unintentional appearance on a news programme.
Her husband and co-star Stephen Moyer also saw the amusing side asking his wife which of the show's many sex scene it was. Now that I know what u guys were talking about this (is) some of the funniest s-t I've seen in a while!
Her husband and co-star Stephen Moyer also saw the amusing side and replied on her post by writing, "This is wonderful and making me very happy".
She added, "Thanks for the giggle!"
Paquin labelled the incident "hilarious" as she revealed the woman in question was her and the clip was a scene from True Blood also featuring co-star Robert Kazinsky.
In the viral video, Raworth was seen introducing the news of England's cricket series win over South Africa as a woman on the screen drops her pants to reveal tight pink knickers.
The BBC issued a statement afterwards, saying that they were investigating the incident and were "establishing the facts". "My t-s photobombed the news because someone was watching #trueblood in view of camera??" she wrote.
True Blood drew to a close after seven seasons in 2012.
