The Little Mermaid Live will cast celebrities in the iconic roles from Disney's 1989 animated film.

"The Wonderful World of Disney: The Little Mermaid Live" is set for an October 3 premiere.

The show was announced at the annual network pitch to advertisers. No official performers have been announced for that special as of yet, but it will air on February 7, 2018.
